Grill Pan Handle

SCL was engaged to manage the complete manufacture and assembly of two types of grill pan handles. This multi-step operation began with progression tooling to produce the two separate metal components.

Once formed, the parts were spot welded together, followed by the installation of a clip. Finally, the metal assembly was carefully fitted into the plastic-moulded handle, creating a finished product ready for use.

Throughout the project, SCL ensured precision, quality, and efficiency at every stage of production, delivering consistent and reliable finished handles.
