Product range.

Our component production ranges from 0.1mm thick Beryllium copper electrical contacts, up to the heavy pierce and blank manufacture of 10 and 12mm thick carbon steel surface ground exhaust flange assemblies.

We manufacture a variety of pressings, including brass/phosphor bronze electrical contacts, deep draw stainless steel cones, surface ground exhaust flanges, exhaust baffles and end plates, aluminum heat sinks, tuner frame/boxes plus satellite dishes and brackets for the Sky Digital dish.

Raw materials used in our manufacture of components range from, stainless steel, brass, phosphor bronze, zintec, pre galv, aluminum and the full range of mild steel including IF extra deep drawing quality steel.
