Our component production ranges from 0.1mm thick Barilium copper electrical contacts, up to the heavy pierce and blank manufacture of 10 and 12mm thick carbon steel surface ground exhaust flange assemblies.

Full range of mild steel including extra deep drawing quality steel in 1F grade.

We manufacture a variety of pressings, including brass/phosphor bronze electrical contacts, deep draw stainless steel cones, surface ground exhaust flanges, exhaust baffles and end plates, aluminium heat sinks, tuner frame/boxes plus satellite dishes and bracketry for the Sky Digital dish.

Raw materials used in our manufacture of components range from, stainless steel, brass, phosphor bronze, zintec, pre galv, aluminium and the full range of mild steel including IF extra deep quality drawing steel.
